Our Story

Sid Kidman planted the first vines on his family property in 1971 and has been managing the vineyard ever since. The vineyards form part of the famous Coonawarra district, which is located in the south east corner of South Australia.

The vineyard has grown to 17 hectares and currently supplies grapes for the Kidman range of wines. The vines are hand pruned which enhances the probability of low yields, enabling minimum interference in vine management.
